1. Who we are
This Policy explains how Devoted Action LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company, support@devotedactions.com (“we”, “us”), handles personal data when you visit devotedactions.com and buy the “AI Cartoons” guide and plugin.
2. What we collect
— When you buy: your email address, name, billing country and postal code, and payment details. Payments are processed by Stripe; we receive the payment status and the details you entered at checkout, but never your full card number.
— When you write to us: your email address and the content of your message.
— When you visit the site or download files: technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookies needed for the site to work, collected by our hosting and file delivery providers.
3. Why we use it
— to process your payment, deliver the files and send receipts (performance of a contract);
— to answer your questions and handle refunds (performance of a contract);
— to keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation);
— to keep the site and file delivery secure and working (legitimate interests).
We do not sell your personal data and do not send you marketing emails without your consent.
4. Who processes it for us
— Stripe, Inc. — payments and receipts;
— Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, delivery of the downloadable files and purchase emails;
— our email provider — correspondence with you.
These providers may process data in the United States and other countries, under their own privacy policies and appropriate safeguards.
5. How long we keep it
Purchase and accounting records — as long as tax law requires (usually up to 7 years). Correspondence — up to 3 years after our last contact. Technical logs — as kept by our providers, usually up to a few months.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA in California) you may ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, or to restrict or object to its processing, and you may complain to your local data protection authority. Email support@devotedactions.com — we answer within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising.
7. Children
The product is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this Policy; the current version is always on this page.
