Terms of Sale and Refund Policy

1. Who we are
1.1. These Terms govern the purchase of the “AI Cartoons” digital materials sold at devotedactions.com (the “Page”). The seller is Devoted Action LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company, support@devotedactions.com (“we”, “us”).
1.2. By paying for the product you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The product
2.1. “Guide + plugin” includes: an interactive guide in a single HTML file on how to make animated videos with AI tools, and a plugin for Claude Code and Codex (instructions, a project template and scripts) delivered as a ZIP archive (together, the “Materials”).
2.2. The Materials are delivered as described on the Page on the date of purchase. Updates, if we release them, are free.
2.3. The Materials work together with third-party services that are not part of the purchase and are not affiliated with us: Claude / Claude Code (Anthropic), ChatGPT / Codex (OpenAI), Fish Audio, Deepgram, HyperFrames, local video models and others. Their prices, limits, terms and availability are set by their owners and may change. All trademarks belong to their owners.
3. License
3.1. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to download, store, read and use the Materials, and to modify the plugin and scripts for your own use.
3.2. Videos you create with the Materials are yours, and you may use them in any way, including commercially.
3.3. You may not resell, share, publish or otherwise distribute the Materials or modified versions of them, including on group-buy and file-sharing sites, without our written permission.
4. Price and payment
4.1. The price is shown on the Page in US dollars at the time of purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Sales tax or VAT may be added where required by law.
5. Delivery
5.1. Right after a successful payment you are taken to your download page, and Stripe emails you a receipt. The download page keeps working: open it again any time to get fresh download links and updates. If you did not get the download links, write to support@devotedactions.com and we will send them within 24 hours.
5.2. The Materials are considered delivered when the download links are provided to you.
6. Refunds
6.1. If we fail to provide the download links within 3 business days after you contact us, you get a full refund.
6.2. If the Materials do not open, are damaged or materially differ from the description on the Page, tell us within 14 days of purchase. We will fix the problem or send working files within 3 business days; if we cannot, you get a full refund.
6.3. The Materials are digital copies that stay with you after download, so once the links have been provided we do not refund purchases of Materials that work as described, except where the law requires it.
6.4. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK: by completing the purchase you ask us to supply the digital content immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download links have been provided.
6.5. The following are not defects: unmet personal expectations; lack of the required hardware, subscriptions or skills; changes in the prices, limits or availability of third-party services; the quality of AI-generated results, which depends on third-party services and on your own work.
6.6. To request a refund, email support@devotedactions.com with the email used at checkout, the date of purchase and a description of the problem. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
7. No guarantees and liability
7.1. The Materials are educational. We do not guarantee any particular result (views, income, quality of videos), because results depend on your work and on third-party services.
7.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Materials.
8. Governing law and disputes
8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA. Please contact us first — most issues are solved by email within 10 business days.
8.2. We may update these Terms; changes do not affect purchases made before they are published.
